• Optional Information: Photos you upload, custom profile details, and social connections you choose to share.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as page views, clicks, and referral sources (e.g., UTM parameters).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only for the purpose of operating and improving the platform:

• To create and manage your NetMatch account.
• To help you connect with classmates and discover shared interests.
• To monitor app performance and improve user experience.
• To ensure safety, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.

3. Data Storage

During this MVP phase, data is stored securely using managed Supabase infrastructure. If our storage architecture changes, we will update this Privacy Policy with the new details. Your information will never be sold to advertisers or third parties.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect user safety.

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Once deleted, your account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
